From agents new to the business to agents new to the brokerage, eXp University is for everyone! We currently feature more than 80 hours of live training each week in eXp World. Training topics range from eXp Realty tools to real estate business best practices. New classes and events are added frequently to meet specifically-identified needs and for various experience levels.

The eXp ICON Series will empower you with specific process training to enhance and elevate your skills to help you hit your sales goals, whether you’re an ICON or a future ICON. Our ICON instructors will share the steps they’re taking in their businesses right now to be successful. You’ll also gain fresh perspectives and insights you can implement to grow your business!

eXp University Fast Start Series We also offer the Fast Start Series designed specifically for new agents. The Fast Start Series empowers our new agents to master the fundamentals quickly to help them launch their business within their first two weeks at eXp. The Series is comprised of 14 courses over two weeks. We encourage new agents to follow this Fast Start Series checklist, while experienced agents are welcome to take the courses a la carte and on their own timeline.
